Baked chicken meatballs

Ingredients
 
1 lbs ground chicken
1 each small onion, thinly chopped
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 each large egg
tsp baking soda
1 ¼ Tbsp chicken soup powder
2 Tbsp ketchup
¼ tsp salt
olive oil
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the chicken meatballs ingredients in a large bowl (except the olive oil) and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare about 22-26 small meatballs (falafel size) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the meatballs with olive oil.
  4. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip the meatballs, and bake additional 15 minutes.
