Preparation steps: |
- Mix the chicken meatballs ingredients in a large bowl (except the olive oil) and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Prepare about 22-26 small meatballs (falafel size) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the meatballs with olive oil.
- Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip the meatballs, and bake additional 15 minutes.
