Preparation steps: |
- Prepare the marinade from the dry basil, sugar, chili powder, soy sauce
and salt.
- Marinade the pork for several hours.
- Shake the flour in the oven bag.
Insert the pork into the oven bag and place it inside a roasting pan.
- Sprinkle the salt and mild chili powder on the potatoes and add them to the oven bag.
- Close the oven bag and roast the pork and potatoes in the oven
at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Turn the pork up side down. Roast for additional 20 minutes.
Serving: Remove the pork from the oven bag, slice the tenderloin into thick slices.
Arrange the slices on a serving plate. Pour the potatoes and sauce on top of the pork slices.
