Korean grilled steak

2½-3 lbs beef flank steak
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 each large garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Preparation steps:
  1. Cut the flank steak across the grain into 1/3 inch thick slices.
  2. Prepare the marinade with soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar, garlic, sesame oil and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the steak to the marinade and set aside for 2-4 hours.
  4. Grill the steaks for 2 minutes on each side on high heat.

  • Grill 12 green onions rubbed
    with vegetable oil for 1 minute
    and serve along side the steak.
