Preparation steps: |
- Cut the flank steak across the grain into 1/3 inch thick slices.
- Prepare the marinade with soy sauce, sugar, balsamic vinegar,
garlic, sesame oil and red pepper flakes.
- Add the steak to the marinade and set aside for 2-4 hours.
- Grill the steaks for 2 minutes on each side on high heat.
