Grilled sirloin steak

2-3 lbs beef loin top sirloin (1½ inch thick)
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp McCormick "Season All" (optional)
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil (Toscano)
¼ cup balsamic vinegar (Modena)

Preparation steps:
  1. Marinade the steaks with soy sauce, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Rub the black pepper, salt and McCormick "Season All" (optional) on both sides of the steaks. Set aside for ½ - 2 hours.
  2. Grill the steaks for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Add marinade, flip and grill additional 8-10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the steaks to a carving board. To carve, cut thin slices across the grain.
