Preparation steps: |
- Marinade the steaks with soy sauce, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Rub the black pepper, salt and McCormick "Season All" (optional)
on both sides of the steaks. Set aside for ½ - 2 hours.
- Grill the steaks for 8-10 minutes on medium heat. Add marinade, flip
and grill additional 8-10 minutes.
- Transfer the steaks to a carving board. To carve, cut thin slices across
the grain.
