Preparation steps: |
- Cut each pork chop into 4 stripes.
- Mix the marinade ingredients . Add the pork and
refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes. Prepare the pork skewers (about 20 skewers).
- Grill the pork skewers 4-5 minutes on each side on medium heat. While grilling, baste with the remaining marinade.
Serving: Sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve.
