Recipe serves: 4-6

Grilled pork loin

lbs pork loin tenderloin (2 pieces)
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup balsamic vinegar (Modena)
1 Tbsp dry oregano
5 each garlic clove , minced
1 Tbsp fresh basil, thinly chopped (optional)

Preparation steps:
  1. Prepare the marinade.
  2. Marinade the pork loin for 4 hours to overnight.
  3. Grilling for 28-30 minutes: Heat the 3 burners of the griller. Place the pork over the middle burner and turn it off. Turn the side burners to medium-low and close the cover of the griller. After 10 minutes, baste with marinade, flip the pork and baste again. After additional 10 minutes of grilling, repeat the basting, flipping and basting. Turn the burner to medium and continue grilling on medium heat for additional 8-10 minutes.
Serving: Slice the pork lion.
