Preparation steps: |
- Rinse the fish. Place the fish on a flat plate and set the plate in the steamer with boiling water.
- Steam for 20 minutes.
- Discard the water from the plate, and set aside in a deep serving plate.
- Stir fry the ginger with the canola oil and sesame oil in a skillet for 1 minute.
Add the green onion and continue to stir fry additional 1 minute.
- Add water, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Poor the sauce over the fish and serve.
