Pan-fried tilapia

Ingredients
 
2 6 oz Tilapia fillet
2 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup flour
 
 
salt
black pepper
1 each lemon
 
2 sprig parsley (for garnish)
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Rinse the fish and pat dry using paper towel.
  2. Place the flour on a large dish, and dip the fish in flour on both sides.
  3. Warm the oil in a non-stick pan. Place the fish in the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, and ½ - 1 tsp of lemon juice. Fry for 3-4 minutes on medium high. Flip the fish, season again with the salt, black pepper, and ½ - 1 tsp of lemon juice, and fry additional 3-4 minutes.
Serving: garnish with a sprig of parsley and lemon wedges.
