Halibut with onions and sour cream

4 each halibut (6 oz each)
1 cup plain bread crumbs
¾ cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp mushroom soup powder
Tbsp dill, minced
Tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup sour cream
½ cup fat free Greek yogurt
¼ tsp salt

Preparation steps:
  1. Dip both sides of the halibut in bread crumbs and transfer to an oiled baking dish.
  2. Mix the onion, mushroom soup powder, dill, lemon, mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt and salt.
  3. Pour over the halibut and sprinkle paprika.
  4. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
Serving: fresh lemon on the side.
