Preparation steps: |
- Marinade the halibut with soy sauce, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Rub the black pepper and salt on both sides of the fish. Set aside for 1 hour.
- Heat the BBQ for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat.
- Grill the halibut for 12-16 minutes on low heat. Add marinade and flip it
a couple of times during grilling.
Serving: with sliced lemon on the side.
