Recipe serves: 4

Broiled salmon

1½-2 lbs salmon (4 pieces)
¼ cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp oil
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic, minced

Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the marinade ingredients. Add the salmon.
    Refrigerate for an 1-2 hours.
  2. Transfer the salmon onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum.
    Brush the salmon with the marinade mix.
  3. Broil on high broiler on the top shelf of the oven for 5-7 minutes. Flip the salmon and broil additional 5-7 minutes.
Serving: On a bed of small spinach leaves and lemon on the side.
