Preparation steps: |
- Rinse the fish. Arrange in a baking dish in one layer and season with olive oil and Old Bay Seasoning on both sides.
- Bake the fish covered at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Saute the mushrooms and red onion with the canola oil in a large skillet for
10 - 15 minutes until the mushrooms are browned, add the chicken soup powder.
- Once the fish is baked, squeeze the lemon on top of the fish, season with salt.
Cover the fish with the mix of mushrooms.
Serving: Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve.
