Thai iced tea

cup Thai tea seasoning mix
16 cup water
2 cup sugar
1 pint half and half
6 cup crashed ice and ice cubes

Preparation steps:
  1. Prepare the Thai ice tea in a large pot. Boil 16 cups of water in a large and tall pot. Turn off the heat. Insert the tea mix into a Thai fabric sieve and place it inside the pot. Brew the tea until the water cool down to room temperature.
  2. Remove the sieve, add sugar and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a container (size: gallon). Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serving: Fill 1/3 of a tall glass with crashed ice and ice cubes. Pour Thai ice tea until the glass is about 3/4 full. Add half and half.

Take note!
  • Refrigerate for up to a week.
  • Use a milk gallon container to store
    the Thai iced tea.
  • A gallon is about 15 cups. Since some
    of the water evaporates during brewing,
    you need to start with boiling 16 cups
    of water.
