Preparation steps: |
- Slice the 2 edges of the orange. Slice the orange in half.
(The 3 slices are parallel to each other).
- For each half orange: remove the orange from the peel in one piece,
by cutting around between the orange and its peel.
- Place the sliced edge inside the large empty orange ring. This will
lift the orange once it is placed back in the ring.
- Cut each orange piece to 6 wedges, and place back in the ring on the
lifted surface.
Serving: Serve chilled in individual dessert bowls. Decorate
with mint sprig and citrus leaves.
