Orange - nicely presented

2 each orange
4 sprig fresh mint
citrus leaves

Preparation steps:
    1. Slice the 2 edges of the orange. Slice the orange in half.
      (The 3 slices are parallel to each other).
    2. For each half orange: remove the orange from the peel in one piece, by cutting around between the orange and its peel.
    3. Place the sliced edge inside the large empty orange ring. This will lift the orange once it is placed back in the ring.
    4. Cut each orange piece to 6 wedges, and place back in the ring on the lifted surface.

    Serving: Serve chilled in individual dessert bowls. Decorate with mint sprig and citrus leaves.
