Recipe amount: 14 crepes

Crepe with Nutella

Ingredients
 
Crepes batter
cup self rising flour
cup milk
3 each eggs
 
Tbsp unsalted butter (for cooking)
 
14 Tbsp Nutella
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the crepes batter in a large bowl.
  2. Brush the bottom of an 8-10 inch non-stick skillet with 1/3 tsp of butter. Pour ¼ cup batter into the skillet and swirl the batter evenly. Cook for 45-60 seconds on medium high heat. Use a spatula to flip the crepe and cook for additional 30-45 seconds. Set aside on a plate and repeat the process for all crepes.
  3. Spread 1 Tbsp Nutella on each crepe. Fold in four (or roll like a blintzes).
Serving:Warm up the crepe in the microwave (30 seconds on medium heat) or on a slightly buttered non stick skillet. Serve with whipped cream, confection sugar or fruit.
