Recipe serves: 4-6

Chocolate fondue

½ pint heavy cream (240ml)
10½ oz milk chocolate (imported from Belgium)
2 Tbsp orange liquor or brandy
16-24 cubes pound cake
1-2 each banana, cut into large slices
8-12 each small strawbeery

Preparation steps:
  1. Warm the heavy cream in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add the chocolate and mix until melted.
  3. Remove from heat, add liquor and stir.

Serving: Place the pound cake cubes and fruit on a tray.
Serve the chocolate in a fondue bowl (light the fondue candle under the bowl).
Use fondue sticks to dip the cubes of pound cake, banana and starwberry in the chocolate mix.
