Preparation steps: |
- Warm the heavy cream in a medium saucepan.
- Add the chocolate and mix until melted.
- Remove from heat, add liquor and stir.
Serving:
Place the pound cake cubes and fruit on a tray.
Serve the chocolate in a fondue bowl (light the fondue candle under the bowl).
Use fondue sticks to dip the cubes of pound cake, banana and starwberry in the
chocolate mix.
