Preparation steps: |
- Oil a 9" x 13" baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large pot. Add vanilla and marshmallow. Continue
to stir until all the marshmallow is melted.
Turn off the heat.
- Add the toasted rice cereal and mix well.
Transfer immediately to the baking pan.
- Use a slightly wet spatula to press down the mix in the pan.
- Cool down to room temperature. Cut into bars and store in a container.
