Preparation steps: |
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. The dough becomes smooth and easy to handle.
- Form 1"-1½" balls, place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 300F for 30 minutes on top shelf until pale golden.
This way the cookies bake evenly and don't get burnt on the bottom.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a cooling tray. Sprinkle powdered sugar.
- Cool down to room temperature and store in a container.
