Preparation steps: |
- Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
- Add cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder and poppy seeds. Mix well.
- Stir in the flour and zucchini in several batches.
- Grease 2 glass pans (9"x5") and bake at 315F for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Check the breads and if not ready bake additional 5-10 minutes.
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven.
