Pears and walnuts bread

3 each medium ripe pears
1/3 cup brandy
1 cup sugar
3 each large egg
¾ cup oil
½ tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 cup self rising flour
1 cup walnut, chopped

Preparation steps:
  1. Peel the pears, remove the core and cut into small cubes.
  2. In a small bowl soak the pear cubes with brandy for 15-30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl cream the eggs and sugar. Add the oil, cinnamon and vanilla and continue to cream.
  4. Add the flour and mix.
  5. Add the pears and brandy and the chopped walnuts. Mix well.
  6. Grease 2 pans (9"x5") and bake at 325F for 50 minutes.
