Preparation steps: |
- Separate the eggs and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Whip the egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Prepare the coffee using Nescafé and water..
- Cream the egg yolks, then add the sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, honey, and brandy.
- Gradually add the flour, oil, and coffee, mixing well.
- Gently fold in the egg whites.
- Oil 2 glass pans (9"x5") and bake at
300°F for 60-70 minutes.
