Preparation steps: |
- In a large bowl beat the eggs for 2 minutes.
Add ½ cup sugar, ½ cup brown sugar, grated peel and frozen orange juice. Continue beating additional 2 minutes.
- While continue to beat the mix, gradually add the flour and melted butter.
- In a medium size pot bring to boil the cranberry, sugar and water. Lower the heat and
cook additional 5 minutes. Cool down for 5-10 minutes and then add the cranberry to the mix.
- Oil a 10" x 14" baking dish. (Pyrex)
Transfer the mix to the baking dish.
- Bake at 370F for 35-40 minutes. Cake is ready when the bottom
is pale golden.
- Cool down and sprinkle powdered sugar.
