Preparation steps: |
- Oil 8 individual baking dishes (each has a capacity of 1 cup).
- Mix sugar, flour and semolina in a large bowl. Pour ¼ cup of
the mix into each baking dish.
- Spoon 2 tsp of melted butter in each baking dish and mix slighly with the flour mix.
- Mix the grated apples, cinnamon, raisins and pecans in a bowl.
- Pour ½ cup of the apple mix into each baking dish and press evenly.
- Mix the remaining flour mix with the melted butter.
- Pour ¼ cup of the flour and butter mix into each baking dish and press evenly.
- Bake at 370°F for 30-35 minutes.
Serving: warm with vanilla ice cream.
