Apple crisp in small baking dishes

1 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup self rising flour
1 1/3 cup semolina flour
1/3 cup raisins, chopped
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
5 each medium grand smith apples, peeled, cored and grated
¾ tsp cinnamon
6 oz unsalted butter (1½ stick), melted
vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps:
  1. Oil 8 individual baking dishes (each has a capacity of 1 cup).
  2. Mix sugar, flour and semolina in a large bowl. Pour ¼ cup of the mix into each baking dish.
  3. Spoon 2 tsp of melted butter in each baking dish and mix slighly with the flour mix.
  4. Mix the grated apples, cinnamon, raisins and pecans in a bowl.
  5. Pour ½ cup of the apple mix into each baking dish and press evenly.
  6. Mix the remaining flour mix with the melted butter.
  7. Pour ¼ cup of the flour and butter mix into each baking dish and press evenly.
  8. Bake at 370F for 30-35 minutes.
Serving: warm with vanilla ice cream.
