Preparation steps: |
- Oil a 10" x 12" disposable baking pan.
- Mix sugar, flour and semolina in a large bowl. Pour 1 3/4 cups of
the mix into the baking pan.
- Melt ½ stick of butter and pour it into the baking pan.
Mix the butter gently with the sugar and flour and distribute it evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle the raisins and pecans or walnuts on top of the layer in the pan.
- Slice the apples using a food processor. Mix the apples and cinnamon and add them to the pan.
- Melt the remaining butter and mix it with the remaining flour and sugar.
Sprinkle the crumbs evenly on top of the apples.
- Bake at 370F for 50 minutes.
Serving: warm with vanilla ice cream.
