Salmon ceviche

Ingredients
 
¾ lbs salmon (sushi grade), cut into ½ inch cubes
¼ cup red onion minced
¼ cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove large garlic, minced
13 each serrano chili, seeded, minced
13 tsp salt
 
2 each small ripe avocado, cut into 1 inch cubes
 
¼ cup cilantro leaves, chopped
 


Preparation steps:
  1. Mix the salmon, red onion, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, serrano chili, and salt.
  2. Toss in the avocado gently.
  3. Refrigirate for 15 minutes.
  4. Mix in the cilantro leaves before serving.
Serving: decorate with cilantro or argula leaves.
