Preparation steps: |
- In a medium bowl combine the lemon juice, herbs de Provence, Tabasco, salt and
white pepper.
Stir in the olive oil.
- Add mushrooms and toss until coated.
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Spread the mushrooms in a large baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Stir the mushrooms in the baking dish and bake uncovered additional 10 minutes
or until the mushrooms are tender.
Serving: at room temperature or chilled.
