This recipe serves 8-10

Mushrooms with herbs de Provence

2 lbs fresh large button mushrooms
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp herbs de Provence
2 tsp Tabasco
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp white pepper
½ cup olive oil

Preparation steps:
  1. In a medium bowl combine the lemon juice, herbs de Provence, Tabasco, salt and white pepper.
    Stir in the olive oil.
  2. Add mushrooms and toss until coated.
  3. Preheat oven to 425F.
  4. Spread the mushrooms in a large baking dish and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir the mushrooms in the baking dish and bake uncovered additional 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
Serving: at room temperature or chilled.

Take note!
  • Mushrooms can be refrigerated up to
    4 days, and reheated in microwave just
    before serving.
  • Use large mushrooms as they shrink
    during roasting.
