Goat cheese with cranberry and pecans

11 oz goat cheese log
¼ cup pecans
¼ cup dried cranberry

Preparation steps:
  1. Chop the pecans and cranberry thinly.
  2. Roll the goat cheese log in the pecans and cranberry mix until the cheese is covered around.
Serving: with multiseed flatbread crackers.
