Recipe amount: 2 medium dip bowls

Goat cheese with parsley dip

11 oz goat cheese log
½-¾ cup greek yogurt (2% or non-fat)
½ cup fresh parsley lightly packed
1-2 each garlic clove
1 inch serrano chili segment
¼ tsp salt (optional)
1 Tbsp onion soup powder
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp water

Preparation steps:
  1. In a large bowl blend all ingredients using a hand blender. Mix well.
Serving: with malawach or crackers.

  • serrano chili - cut 1 inch from the
    chili pepper.
